Spicee Bite began in 2018 with one man’s passion for food — and for doing it right. Founder Malkiat Bains didn’t just love to cook — he saw cooking as a science. To him, it wasn’t just about which ingredients went into a dish, but how they were prepared, how long they were cooked, and how to serve each meal fresh — fast. Malkiat spent countless days perfecting techniques until he found a way to deliver high-quality Indian food fresh, flavorful, and fast — in under 10 minutes.

As Spicee Bite grew, Malkiat brought on his son Amitpal to help take the vision further. What started as a passion project soon became a full family-run operation — built on bold flavors, creative fusion, and a deep respect for both Indian culinary traditions and modern street food culture.
